My muscles heal themselves quickly.
I am safe from those who would hurt me.
I think outside the box and push paradigms.
I carry myself through life in perfect balance.

My safety is assured.
I am in control of my thoughts.
Our thoughts create our world.
I have excellent muscle recovery.
 And so it is!

I am safe within my thoughts.
I enter an era of awakening and possibility.
It takes only a moment to alter the energy of the world.
I resolve inner conflict and succeed in every area of my life.
 And so it is!

Earth is a safe place to live.
I exit an era marked by disempowerment.
Positive thoughts in the world form a synthesis today.
There is natural harmony between my goals and my actions.
 And so it is!
