I am ageless.
I am thankful.
I release any way I want to hide.
My faith in people grows each day.

I find creative solutions to problems.

I have a beautiful imagination.
I have the youthful exuberance of a child.
I clear all the ways I am restricting myself.

I feel and look younger than my age.
I clear all the ways I do not feel safe.
I support and trust all who serve and protect.

I am caring.
I take time each day to play.
I clear all the ways I feel restricted.
My love is helping to heal the world.
  And so it is!

I let go of any shock that has fostered fear.
The planet needs my help and I give it now.
My intuition guides me in the right direction.
I awake one day younger than the day before.
  And so it is!

My body is filled with vitality.
I send love and peace to everyone.
I release all feelings of deprivation.
I can become whatever I want to be.

I release exhaustion.
I accomplish great results.
I am growing younger and younger.
The love I feel for humanity is catching.

I release pressure.
I make friends easily.
I look and feel younger each day.
I wish abundance onto all of humanity.
  And so it is!

I release blame.
I embrace change.
I am youthful and full of life.
I pray for the hungry everywhere.
  And so it is!

I am exactly where I need to be.
I am full of radiant health and youthful energy.
The happiness I feel is felt by everyone around me.
I send love and light to all my foreign brothers and sisters.

Whatever I do, I give my best.
I de-age my life with positive actions.
My choice to be happy keeps me in perfect health.

I release guilt.
I am kind to all.
Any work for peace and goodness is worthwhile.
Every cell in my body vibrates with eternal youth.

I release grief.
I have a loving community that supports me.
