Every day I live I contribute to the world.
Inspiration brings new and brilliant ideas.
I am keeping my mind fertile by exercising it.

It is okay to be proud of living so long.
Everything happens for my higher good.
Joy starts from within as soon as you rise.
Difficult time is only a short phase of life.

My gray hair is beautiful and I love it.
